DONATION AGREEMENT

This Donation Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [DD/MM/YYYY], by and between:

  1. Purpose of Donation
    1. The Donor agrees to donate an amount of ₹5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crore only) to support health & family welfare initiatives undertaken by the Recipient Organization under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) obligations.
  2. Terms of Donation
    1. Mode of Payment: The Donor shall transfer the amount via [Cheque/NEFT/RTGS] to the bank account of the Recipient Organization:

  3. Reporting & Compliance
    1. The Recipient Organization shall provide quarterly progress reports and a final fund utilization report detailing the expenditure and impact of the project.
    2. The Recipient Organization shall maintain auditable records of all expenses related to the donation.
  4. Representations & Warranties
    1. The Recipient Organization confirms that it is a registered entity eligible to receive donations and complies with all applicable laws, including the Income Tax Act, 1961.
    2. The Donor confirms that the donation is made in good faith and aligns with its CSR policy.
  5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
    2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  6. Acceptance & Execution
